Location : Uba, Adamawa State, Nigeria
The Finance Officer supports the NGO’s staff in developing and executing finance strategies. Reporting to the Project Director and working closely with the financial services firm, the Finance Officer will oversee and coordinate all day-to-day finance activities covering the employee lifecycle. While making sure that the administrative back office processes are running smoothly, the Finance Officer will be expected to play an active role as a source of information and ongoing support, and actively contribute to developing the organization’s culture, making the NGO a great place to work.
Education: Bachelor Degree
Languages: Written and oral fluency in English and Hausa required. Proficiency in additional local languages preferred.
Experience: Four or more years of related professional financial management and analysis experience with increasing levels of responsibility; experience in an entrepreneurial, nonprofit, and/or high growth environment preferred
